Two months after their wedding and her return to the U.S., Tigerlily flew to Turkey to meet Adnan. They called it their baby-making trip. Tigerlily said she had traveled in her prime-time ovulation window. She had some lower abdominal pressure two weeks after coming back home. A special test which gave results about a week sooner, confirmed that Tigerlily was pregnant.

Considering Tigerlily became pregnant during Thanksgiving 2023, her baby could have been born around August-September 2023. If the Tell All was filmed around that time, Tigerlily could introduce fans to her little baby at the reunion. It’s possible that cameras may have captured the baby’s birth, and it made it to the finale of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7. Clips of the upcoming Tell All have already been released (via Shabooty) and show that Adnan is present on set with Tigerlily. Tigerlily doesn’t seem heavily pregnant in the still.
